"Dealing with Bamfield has been the worst experience ever! I can never get anyone to call me back, they are never prompt with refilling my pets Heartworm medication, and they are don’t care about you or your pet because they never follow through. I’m diligently to find a new vet because I absolutely hate banfield. Do not bring your pet hear unless you have time and money to waste!"

"Should have read the reviews before paying for a year plan. I can't get any answers. Make appointments they don't honor them. Left standing at the desk for over a half hour noone in site. They wouldn't even tell me who I can contact for help. I found that on these reviews. I want the care I paid this ridiculous amount for. Only went here because it's close."

"This location has become a mess. Call and you're going to be on hold for at least 15-20 min - that's if you don't get hung up on. I've gone up there at least once to pick up meds and found no one at the front desk and no one who came after the bell was rang. Rotating vets means my dog has gotten inconsistent care - call with an issue based on something THEY did to your dog - good luck trying to discuss it with the vet. I'm done with this location"

"AVOID. do not make this your primary vet!!! They do not want your business. The first vet appointment was made a week in advance, and scheduled for 5:15 for a first exam (we had just rescued him). We get there at 5:05 and check in and are told to wait for the doc. So we wait. No response or sign of a doctor until 6:30. They took my dog back for about 5 minutes and said he's fine and they gave him all the shots he needed. Nothing on his physical, no further information, no recommendations, nothing. Fast forward a month. My dog was having some skin issues we believe to be allergies or reactions. I call them to book an appointment but am turned down TWICE. The receptionist wouldn't let us book because "That's an emergency, you should have taken him into the ER yesterday". When asked for emergency vet recommendations, she said she didn't know!! What a joke dude. Called again 4 hours later with the same result. Tried explaining that my dog is not throwing up, no bloody or loose stool, no locking, exc. She wouldn't listen and kept saying it's an emergency and wouldn't book me with my vet. Called the next closest banfield and explained the same thing and they said it's NOT an emergency and booked an appointment for 3 days later. Why is this location so passive and difficult??? We are done. Just let us know upfront that you don't want our service."

"If I could give 0 stars I would! My cat got neutered 2 weeks ago and 3 days ago he started vomiting nonstop, he won’t eat, barely drinks, and every day I’ve called the vet I’m told they are too busy and to go elsewhere. So unprofessional. I will never be back again."
