"It would be nice if they didn't hide the Primatine mist behind the pharmacy counter. Just stood in line for a half hour to be told in a condescending way that they don't have it only the pills. I can't read boxes 30 feet away and people who need these aren't criminals where they need be hidden. Thanks for wasting my time."
"Sit and count your medications before you leave. They left a very important med out of a script I picked up for back pain. I literally cannot go out to get it now. When I called and asked why they did that, their answer was a shrug and 'I can't explain that'. Their solution to me needing and not having it was 'You can buy that OTC', as though I could simply go anywhere, instead of struggling to stand from bed. If you can't provide the items listed out for someone, you're already working at the same level as a bad fast-food employee. Count your meds."
