"Good doctors and counselors! Reason for 3 stars is because the medical records department is lousy! Nobody returns calls and it can take weeks into months to get them released! My suggestion is. Have them released to YOU before you move!!!"

"For the last year I have endless amount of issues. I used to rave about going here but now I wouldn't send anyone. Been a patient since 2018/2019 1. Scheduled for an appointment over 24hours in advance. Told the receptionist I would call before if i needed to cancel or reschedule. I Went all the way there to find our the doctor isn't in that day. The receptionist or nurse made a mistake. No apologies not a care. Waste of gas. 2. Couldn't get birth control without testing 2x negative on pregency test. I went ahead and did what they wanted and they never called in my med. Nor acknowledge their mistake. 3. Final straw! I called in a refill Thursday MORNING receptionist said they wouldn't get it filled til Friday or Saturday at the latest. Called again Thursday before close to make sure they were working on it. (Times before they didn't fill or something didn't get through not uncommon calling in twice to make sure). Called Friday morning apparently the doctor isn't in on Friday so most likely Monday Tuesday at latest. No big deal I could make it work portion the meds to last longer. Saturday called again to see if it was filled since I was going to town. Receptionist said it wouldn't be filled and said I didn't call it in til Friday (kept repeating that basically calling me a liar) told her I really need it by Monday. TODAY called in the morning- My doctor isn't in today so I can't do anything for you. I said I have nothing to get by on and I'm struggling with my symptoms before med and I don't think I can make it. She made it seem like maybe another doctor could fill it. Called back Monday before closing and they screened my calls 2x. No call saying sorry or nothing. NEVER FOLLOW UP WITH CALLING TO LET YOU KNOW IF ITS FILLED PRIOR TO. SO YOU ALWAYS LOOK RIDICULOUS CALLING THE PHARMACY. Other family and friends similar issues. I'll be transferring my records to kalkaska and seeking legal advice. I've spent endless amount of money on bloodwork and urinary test and exams (EVERY 3 MONTHS)to have endless issues. I work in the veterinary field so I understand how things work. I've given enough excuses for these mindless Negligence."
