"I took my dogs here for about 3-4 years. There's always one unfriendly somewhat snobby receptionist and the occasional friendly one. Daniel was pleasant, making my visits doable. Now that he's gone (vet tech/receptionist), I can't tolerate the place: new faces but same dynamics. It smells like racism here. It feels like my brown skin isn't welcome each time I show up. I don't know why I stayed so long. Maybe because I had so many other things on my plate and it was convenient. But at what cost really? But the experience that really made me decide to start looking elsewhere was when the doctor was about 20 minutes late arrival to the office for my appointment. Daniel pretty much treated my dog and gave his shots. When Dr. Heather Jones finally arrived, she wasn't apologetic. Instead she defended her behavior, but offered a small discount. I went back one final time to get preventatives for my dog because out of the three that I have, I hadn't established him at a new vet as it wasn't time for his annual. Anyway, I go in after calling ahead to place an order. The receptionist is on a call and semi acknowledges me. I'm standing in front of her, but feel invisible. She continues to help the customer on the phone. No brief hold. No greeting. No asking who I am. After about five minutes, she gets up and goes to the back. Says nothing to me upon exiting or returning. At this point I get frustrated. I ask can someone else help me. THEN she says, "I told them you were here for your meds." She resumes her call. Apparently I'm dismissed. Shortly after, a tech from the back kindly offered me my order and I paid. She apologized for the wait. Which I appreciated, but DEFINITELY won't be back! This is how they treat consistent return customers. Customers who pay in full EVERY visit! Doesn't matter because I have the "wrong" skin complexion. So sad."

"I brought my rabbit for a neuter Drove an hour for the reasonable prices and good vets They were very nice and explained everything well. Very good rabbit vet, owns rabbits herself and said she had done many many spays and neuter's Definitely would recommend for any animal but rabbits even more! Thanks guys again❤️"
