"The service has gone down hill since Dave and Fadi were forced out. Per corporate, they were forced out do to store closures and others having more senority in stores that closed. These New pharmacists do NOT have any people skills. They are not helpful. I miss my old town pharmacy. They make you feel horrible calling just to understand. They do not fill prescriptions as the DRs write them. My Dr chamged my script because in was ineffective and they would not fill the new one. They try to play God. Chase, is the only member of this staff that has convinced us to try and wait to see of the kinks are out. The new pharmacists act better than, assume all people are junkies, and am never treated as a human. Today, I spoke with the manager (at least that's what she told me) and I could not be more upset. I actually had to point out her mistake and prove it. After 10 years we will find a new pharmacy. Losing Dave and Fadi was the worst thing you could allow happen. They had relationships with your long term clients than cannot be replaced. All the local FB pages and Next door is talking about the lack of care and help of the new staff. Poor Chase, I hope he is compensated well, he sure is the glue holding that place together. We no longer spend any more at the store and have boycotted all RiteAids. Bad service, bad staff, no compassion. I will continue to let everyone know how terrible RiteAide Pharmacy Milford is and encourage people to find a different one. I'd find a way to bring back Dave and Fadi if you want to stay in business. Your new staff is horrific. Bad bad bad."
"I am new to this pharmacy since the Walgreen in Milford closed. I have to say that Zinah, Diana, and the entire pharmacy department are absolutely AMAZING! They are the kindest, warmest and most professional people I have ever met. I was very concerned changing pharmacies, but it turned out to be the best thing to happen for me! Thank you!"
