"My son was having an allergic reaction to something and I had no idea what it was. We ran in as his eyes were swelling, along as his ears and fingers were swelling too. He had hives swelling up down the back of his neck, and I had no idea what it was from or what to do. I told the women at the front desk we did not have an apt but I needed help please. She told me "we have no open apts today"!!! I said 'what?!?!' She said "the Dr's here today are all full and we have no open apt times". I didn't need a apt, I needed help now! I left and drove 25minutes to the closest er. She didn't ask if he had been stung or had any allergies, she just didn't care! Thankfully it wasn't something like that, because if it was by the time we made it to the hospital he would have been in Anaphylactic shock. This place is horrible and it's a shame to have this as our 'only close emergency option'."

"Went to this “urgent care” this morning very sick. after two positive at home Covid tests. They informed me that this is a family practice and do not see anyone without an appointment and, beyond that, they only had one practitioner, who was fully booked. DON’T BE FOOLED, THIS IS NOT AN URGENT CARE. Like most things, McLaren, this satellite operation is far from being patient centric."

"Terrible service. Walked in at 1030, turned my Mom down, denied service, who lost her hearing, temporarily at 90 years old, high fall risk. She needed ears flushed, as they have done before. Daniel said, " Sorry but our 2-4 max pple.has been hit, so no more walk-ins today. You need to make an appointment or FCFS. It is not an emergency." No compassion and very cold. Will NEVER go there again. She's rude! Same attitude when we went before. Short, with zero friendly service!!! The PC seemed to be more important than an elderly lady that cannot hear whatsoever . Live Munson!!!"

"The girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I usually get in within 10- 15 minutes to see the Nurse Practitioner. The NP’s are very professional, personable and take the time to listen and seem to care about how you are doing. Being an RN myself, I appreciate the care I get ever time I have an issue. Recommend highly."

"Been there a bunch of times now. Staff is usually friendly and helpful, but I have seen days where they are less attentive than others. We are all human and have bad days. Some days there was little wait, and some days a long wait... pretty much true of every doctors office. I don't mind a long wait if I am well cared for when it is my turn. I like the physicians I have seen so far, both have been very courteous, exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to explain what they were doing. I do not like a physician who is rushing to get to the next patient. Overall I have been well treated and feel like my health matters. A change in billing policy forced me to seek another facility. I cannot afford to pay up front and wait for insurance reimbursement."
