"Ann Arbor Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever used. The staff are all very knowledgable, helpful, friendly and incredibly professional. Anna filled my prescription on my most recent visit and she took the time to listen to and answer my questions. I am accustomed to the corporate, robotic & soulless feel of the chain pharmacies. That is definitely not the case here- I feel like it is run by a pharmacist and staff who truly care about the health and wellness of their customers."

"The Pharmacy Technician is very rude and abrupt. I asked for 3 prescriptions to be held for 1 month. Because I have extra tablets from dosage changes. I requested for it to be noted in my chart. The Pharmacy Technician asked, "Are you not taking the medication as prescribed?" I do not feel that is within her purview. The pharmacy filled the prescriptions I asked them not to anyway. I inquired what should I do in the future, so this doesn't happen again. After she spoke to the Pharmacist, I was instructed to not have my doctor send the scripts in electronically. That is not ideal for me due to my physician sending 7 scripts in per month. I don't feel my request was unreasonable. I switched to this pharmacy because I wanted to buy local. I will now switch to one of the retail pharmacy chains. I know I will get the respect and customer service I deserve."

But handling your supplements, medications, CBD oils & more for you and your loved ones doesn't have to be. -If the CHEERS bar (where everybody knows your name) had a pharmacy, this would be it. -If your online gaming group had a pharmacy, this would be it. -If your quarterly girl's night group had a pharmacy, this would be it. -If your favorite aunt who knew everything about everyone and liked to save you money had a pharmacy, this would be it. After being burnt one too many times by corporate chain pharmacies (Rx denied, but oh well, it's not our problem to find out why, you go back and forth with them), I started looking around and found this pharmacy. Insert Aladdin *A Whole New World music here. Pharmacist Z and his team know your name. They work to make sure you understand everything about your meds, and also know the ins & outs of how to pay the best price! Not only THAT, I've gotten so used to the price gouging of pharmacies that my Home Goods-style browsing amongst the aisles here has always kept me finding something new (check out the skin care and gifts, just saying)! And if you are caring for a loved one - the AM/PM blister packs are a God send! I can't rave enough about this place. Get in here."
