"Where do I start first I come in the assistant on the floor makes a mistake and refer me to the wrong sizes. Understood. I’ll go to return with receipt and gets hassle upon return, while checking out I get overcharged, now I’m in the store going back-and-forth with the cashier, as well as Owner for 45 minutes. Once again, I mistakenly given wrong sizes. I’ll go in for exchange Owner says because shirts were open. I can’t exchange them. Long story short this place is over priced and un professional I wouldn’t recommend."
"Please update your business online. Here I am at your location at 10am and it’s closed. On the door it clearly says 12-5pm. How would anyone know your updated hrs?! I drove 45 minutes for nothing."
"My nostalgic side is going to win P&D a 5 star rating. The 20936 Kelly Road location was built in the early 70s. It was built and owned by a beautiful Greek Detroit family. I remember eating dinner in their home as a child. This location was to house one of the early Stretch & Sew Fabric franchise stores in North America. My mother was the owner. If you want proof, there is an "in-floor" safe located in the rear office. It was molded right into the concrete slab when the building was first built. I spent many days of my youth in the employee break area, working as a child model, modelling polyester fashions for many of Detroit's women sewers. There were 3 large classrooms adjacent to the textile and pattern retail floor. I have 8mm footage of my mother teaching classes there. I often look back upon this location, remembering what an impact it had on my life. It will forever be apart of me."
