"These horrible people charged me $406 for a routine visit to get medicine for my 14 year old dog. They collected a urine sample with a needle and ultrasound without my permission or knowledge and gave my little boy NOTHING for the pain they caused him. They wanted an extra $108 for his medicine which I was able to fill for $32 at Walmart. If you want your fur baby to be unnecessarily hurt and pay insane amount of money bring them here."

"They saved our Abbie girls life! She was very sick and they got us in same day. She needed surgery and she needed it right away. They did so good, and so did she! She’s back to living her best life thanks to VCA Richland veterinarians, nurses and techs! They show patience and love to all of our other four legged babies! Luna, Bella, Wanda and vision! "Honestly, I've never made a review but I felt this was necessary. This place was supposed to give surgery on a friend's (younger, middle aged) dog and after the fact, the dog had passed under anesthesia. Although he had undergone surgery before. They CONTINUED to charge for everything and not give the family a chance to get their dog. Went in for surgery, came out $1500 less and no dog, with no compassion from the vets. If I could give negative I would."
