"If I could give no stars that is what I would do. I called and spoke with Francine as I was going to be a few minutes later than my appointment time. She stated that after seven minutes that my appointment time would be given to someone else. Ok that's fine as I was close. I arrived at six minutes after spoke with Sara at the front desk at exactly seven minutes after and she said that she had to check with the doctor to see if she could still get me in. I said that I was told seven minutes after was ok but not anymore but I was still turned away. I was also told to go to bellin in Marinette on my lunch hour and that they could help me out. Completely rude and don't stick to their appointment times. I was also told that they schedule three people all at the same time for one doctor and that's why I was turned away. Get your act together. Your poor scheduling is not my problem and don't tell me to go see someone else on my lunch break. Poor customer service. I will be sharing this with everyone I know so that they don't get the same poor treatment. Please learn from your mistakes."
