My son is in a program outside of this center and they comment on how well he does, crediting the teachers at Joyful Jungle for working so well with him. The staff at this center's location is like an extension of family and we are so incredibly grateful to them for all they do!"

"Do NOT even consider taking your KIDS here. DO NOT GO HERE. We are a fair, honest and reasonable 1 year family client (after they bought our old daycare). This ownership and management team are only interested in running a business and not caring for or nurturing families or kids. List of ISSUES along the way: 1.They replaced qualified tenured teachers with people who have no business being around KIDS, jaw dropping 2. At drop off a teacher left a knife accidentally on the table, after cutting up fruit, this is in a room full of 3 - 5 year old's, a knife sitting on the table 3. Forced policies, 1 month cancellation notice 4. Flat out our kids NO longer felt SAFE 5. Bank withdrawal errors, credit card charges, this place just operates without any regard, you will be over or wrongly charged all the time 6. You'll have to write an email 6 times before it gets answers, enjoy 7. Everyday a child with a down head because he doesn't have a warm teacher, constant yelling 8. Kindergarten assessment showed MAJOR deficiencies, we addressed this with ownership and their response was we do not teach curriculum, I know, sounds ridiculous right, feel free to ask them, you will see. 9. When we pushed for education, the unqualified teachers, sent home hand written math, 11+7, for a 5 year old, their staff is so under qualified they don't even realize what a 5 year old is learning, ABSURD 10. Increase cost, which is understandable, but with no retention of the good staff, increased cost and cheap unqualified staff 11. We have requested ownership/management to share or provide parents our information so we can invite their children to our sons bday party, they are unresponsive, resistant. What kind of people would get in the way of a kids birthday party, it is HARD TO UNDERSTAND 12. There is a neighborhood park that they are not ALLOWED to take the kids to, which the state has called them on. 13. There is ZERO flexibility, don't expect anyone to LISTEN to you, you are not treated as a client 14. Several kids will get sick from the food served, the daycare never announced it, never took accountability 15. Don't expect a CLEAN environment, this is not their area of focus, they are only focused on MONEY. 16. This place has an AWFUL reputation, ask any past or even current client, nobody is happy with this place. Flat out, you have bad staff, awful ownership, no curriculum, a lack of care and safety and a place that is only interested in your money."
