"My daughter had the road test and was greeted by the an older man, never told us his name. He was very clear on the instructions in the beginning. My daughter misunderstood a direction and he yelled at her and she froze. Being so nervous to begin with, I would think that they wouldn't snap or make a new driver feel worse. I understand wanting to stress that she needs to pay attention but to yell at her was out of line. He also made a sarcastic comment about the car not having a turn signal. I think it is time to retire. I heard the the younger man is wonderful so try to get him."
"On the day the test I was met by an older gentlemen in the parking lot. He was very firm and clear with the test structure and his expectations of me during the test; this I really appreciated. I mentioned that I was nervous and that talking to me helps with nerves. In between giving me instructions he sparked conversation with me. We drove for roughly 30 minutes from start to finish and I passed first time. Thanks Al."
"i took my test with an older man here, i don’t think he ever told me his name LOL. but he was genuinely so sweet and he made me feel at ease and i was so nervous to the point where i was shaking badly. I was so afraid to retest because i had a bad experience at another separate location in inkster. this is genuinely one of the best spots to take your test."
