"Very rude staff. Not helpful with medical concerns. Not caring whatsoever when I’d bring my dog in for care. Strongly encourage to find somewhere else to care for your animals. I called for urgent appointment as my dog was pretty sick and miserable. Their soonest appointment was in 6 days!!!"

"I’ve now taken my dog and cat here and this is probably the best vet I’ve ever been to. They take time to answer any and all questions. Each time I’ve been here the waiting room is empty which is great for my leash reactive dog and for my cat who gets stressed out traveling. I would recommend anyone to come here. We drive from Grand Rapids and it’s very much worth the trip. So happy Bridges was recommended to me!"
