"This is without a doubt the worst school I have ever attended. Both the teachers and office staff are extraordinary incompetent. The instructors don't understand the material they are teaching, and even if they did, almost all of the equipment is broken so we cannot do any projects. I am amazed how much time I wasted here, expecting it to get better. Please if you want your A&P license, DO NOT GO HERE I'm sure any other school would be better than this"

"Edit: redoing my review I am graduated now. The only thing this school has going for it is the instructors are great and the LRC. The hands on training is a joke you will spend more time doing normal paper homework than hands on training. The surface pro they give you is double the cost of the msrp value. You can buy the books for half the cost on amazon. Book keeping is rude and useless. financial aid was good untill they fired everyone and hired people who have no clue what they are doing. They tried to withhold a grant from me. Career services is ok they can be useful but you are probably just as well off looking on indeed or JSFirm. Overall this school is overpriced doesn't keep their promises and treats you like a teenager. I wish I went to western and not here. But at the end of the day I got my A&P and that is all that matters."

"Dont let these peoples bad reviews scare you off from getting a good education in thriving fields, more than likely the one’s complaining are the same ones that dont want to study and pursue getting licensed in the fields they graduated in and expect to be spoon fed everything. Every school has its pros and cons but this school is a fine one and i think their tuition is fair and they provide plenty of avenues for success, you just have to WANT IT. Some people just want anything to complain about. I graduated a year ago and am still trying to get my license but that’s because of MY OWN decisions, not because the education was no good."

"The teachers and program are amazing. The recruiters and financial aid reps are really good too. Always helpful towards students. Unfortunately the record keeping and the student payment officials are very unprofessional and lazy and just don't know how to do their job. Make sure you keep a record of every payment you ever made, they do not send you an accurate statement, and I'm not sure they understand english. I have made formal complaints just for them to have an attitude with me. Not trying to be super negative but it seems they are ALWAYS messing up my payments! How hard is it to do one job?! I have been dealing with them for 7 years paying off what I owe the school and they have been the worst place I have ever dealt with! They will find a way to screw up your payments. And I have always been respectful but I am past the point of patience with this place. I am so glad I never have to make another payment to them. Also I have had to update my phone number and address with these people over 15times And I only moved once and changed my phone number twice. Completely ridiculous. Very unprofessional record keeping!!!"

"Review update. DO NOT WASTE $30,000!!!! It has been 14 months since I graduated and I am starting to think this school does not send out diplomas. Any contact with the school goes through an operator who cannot help you with ANYTHING and gives you email addresses that do not work. Thank you again for taking my money Definitely not as much hands-on training as I was promised. I had more on the job experience than most of the instructors I had. A couple of my classes actually did not have the book needed for the class until a couple days into the class. The Microsoft surface that was “supplied to us” was about half the price at Best Buy from what the school charged us. Many of the books were also up charged and were cheaper on Amazon. After I graduated the career services were very helpful with jobs, although I am still working for the same company I worked for before I got my degree. The main reason why I made this posting was due to the absolutely terrible service I received from bookkeeping. I requested help with something three times on the phone and two times in person and I have still not received the documentation I requested. A simple phone call explaining why you either cannot do something or why it is taking so long would have been the professional thing to do."
