After completing my practical exam for state board, the examiner mentioned that she had never seen anyone as thorough as I was, and wanted to know where I was taught! "Very unprofessional no one ever answer the phone. Poor communication skills. Paid deposit and haven't heard from no one to verify my enrollment. No one making sure my application is correct and accurate. Or even confirm the fact I'm enrolled or that my application was successfully completed. Only thing I have is a deposit receipt. Dating when I paid the Deposit. Nothing stating when and where my actual class will start."
