"I sent a return package through FedEx in store. I was supposed to get a tracking number sent to my phone with confirmation and never did. When I called the store I spoke to the manager of Walgreens who told me there is no FedEx employees. All of Walgreens Employees assist in delivering a package. When I asked how to get that information I wasn't sent by one of the Walgreens Employees she had an attitude and repeatedly said we do not work for FedEx everything you need is through FedEx, well without the information I am not able to contact FedEx. I understand she wasn't able to do it but the attitude she had immediately was not professional and I don't think a manager should be speaking to customers in that manner. I don't know how business is conducted in your store and talking to me like I'm some sort of idiot that should have known is not good customer service if I had her name I would have put it in this review. I hope somebody higher up at Walgreens sits down and talks with this person because I'm sure it's not the first time she has done this."

"My experiences with this particular Walgreens Pharmacy drive thru over the past 3 years include there were waiting in line for periods of up to 20 minutes when there were 5-6 cars in front of me, sometimes less. When I got to the window, with many cars before me, a minimal of times the Pharm Tech or Pharmacist would state, "hold on one moment," and the remainder of times; when I was the only one who arrived with no cars in line, there was no a short waiting period of about 1-3 minutes for the person to gather my 9 prescriptions and be on my way. I believe many customers who complain don't understand why (we) must wait in line for, what appears to be, an unreasonable amount of time. My understanding, based on personal experience and from speaking with my brother who is a CVS manager in North Carolina, the stores are short staffed and corporate won't allow any more employees than corporate's standards, short-staffing results in longer wait times at the drive thru and and the inside pharmacy counter and fewer staff does more work; I've seen times when the Pharmacist worked diligently to keep up with the many Prescriptions that may have arrived form many physicians at near the same time and a Pharmacy Tech is the only one available to search the many bins where meds are kept waiting for customer pick-up, process them (payment) all while working the drive-thru window AND the people standing in line at the inside window. Many of these employees have many additional time-robbing responsibilities that must be kept up with too; it can be a very stressful job. There are also the customers who have questions that need answers, and customers who will chit-chat with the person serving the windows and have no regard for the people behind them. I give this pharmacy a 5+ and corporate a 2-3 because they have to make a good profit by ordering the stores' operations and staffing through policy and procedures. So, next time you pull in to a drive-thru or enter the building and must wait, please consider these very hard working staff are doing the best they can."

"There is one tech that is always rude. I went in today after talking with the pharmacist the day before about an error they somehow made. Pharmacist told me what to do and I do it. Not only again was this tech rude but she needed a manager to help her. Was extremely rude. Going to look for another pharmacy. If you get stuck with the older tech she is horrible."

"Love that Walgreens pharmacy has the option for walk in vaccines without an appointment and such convenient hours. My son has vaccine anxiety and does better picking the day he's ready and going with little wait time to think about it in between. This worked out perfectly. We also had a very nice staff member doing his shot, Laurie. She was very calm and did a great job with distracting conversation. Thank you Walgreens!"
