"Horrible I always go to JCPenney portraits but the one in Dearborn has poor service and ghetto and I want my refund my pictures was not all of thar once I seen them in person.. and the service is horrible I came to see about getting my refund and the store manager was there saying she didn't know where was the worker and she was looking for her. People was taking they own pictures with there own phone how ghetto is that!!!"

"Always behind schedule which is not easy with two small children. Also short staffed frequently. Waited for 45 minutes to place my Christmas card order and now I’ve received the cards and it’s not what I ordered. JCPenney studio told me to call lifetouch because they “are not trained to handle mistakes” I have now been on hold with lifetouch for more than 30 minutes when I was told my hold time was 1 minute. Clearly nobody wants to answer. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in store and through lifetouch. Definitely wouldn’t recommend."
"I came here for my son's 6 month photoshoot (10/16) and I don't recommend anyone to go there. My appointment was at 4p and they called to reschedule me until 430...cool. I didn't get seen until 5:15p and the girl did about 6 shots then the camera stopped working. The photographer kept saying how it was her 2nd day and the other person left her. She said I would need to reschedule my appointment due to the camera breaking. The pictures we did get done I was told I couldn't get them because I'm doing a new shoot. This was THEE WORST experience and I didn't receive a call from the manager to apologize about this. I gave them 1 star because I had to in order to write this review."
"The process was a bit longer than I expected but I was satisfied with the outcome. I got what I needed which was clean and clear photos. They take really good photos."
