"It's an amazing starter company. The reason I don't put 5 stars is because after your year I'd recommend finding a better job especially if you're regional. Pros:Always have work for you, good trucks, great training program. Decent family atmosphere. Great pay for rookies. Cons:Only PA and OH loads are worth your time. You will not be home often, do not buy into that. Inward facing dash cameras (if you have a problem with that) Alot of favoritism and priority towards short haul and local guys. Alot of unnecessary changes and rules randomly implemented. They're slowly becoming a mega carrier meaning you're losing that family atmosphere"

"Recruiters have no clue what they are doing. After talking with them for over 2 months, getting my permit and physical, I get a call 2 days before I'm supposed to start that they can't get me through training because I have a Indiana license, something they knew since day 1."
"Highly recommend avoiding this company. Back hauls aren’t guaranteed, dispatch doesn’t have a clue what they are doing. Higher management is very rude. 90% of the loads don’t pay worth your time. Low pay, 1200$ a week minimum if you take any vacation you won’t get your 1200. Absolutely 0 communication with everyone. Don’t expect much if any home time on the weekends, any PTO you put in will be a fight to have approved."
