"Very RUDE and non-accommodating, RIDICULOUSLY NON-accomidating. I've on several occasions because the bus driver simply won't let anyone pass her in the ams, I know local traffic drives around her routes for there morning comutes because of it. If in the morning I turn on the same road as the bus at the same time and she's in front of me I have to consider my losses and except I missed the buss because even though her stop wouldn't be for another 6 minutes or so down that road and there's at least 3 more stops ahead of her we will not make that bus stop because she will not pull over to let me pass after one of the 3 stops. Since this occurrence and as of recent I've been taking her to a neiboring stop on the same route and bus driver as it buys me a few more minutues since im already driving from gobles to get to this bus stop and that apparently is not okay and I'm asked not to do it even when I call the bus garage to explain and work out minors details not to mention their total lack of customer service and downright degrading attitudes"
"If you have the ability to drive your kids to school I'ma the pawpaw school district. I would definitely consider it. Twice this year my kids have had to miss school due to bussing issues. Just like this morning kids were outside waiting at the mouth of our subdivision my son calls me mom it's 8:15 per the bus garage the kids need to be at the bus stop at 7:50. Mind you the school just called off school for four days due to the temperature. Now you got kids waiting outside for 25 mins. I call the bus garage and ask them if they know a time the bus will be here I got a snarky rude answer 25-30 mins. Ok so there was no email text message no communication what so ever and my kids had been outside for 25 mins now you want them to stand out and wait for another 30 mins. No ma'am. Not to mention this is not the first issue with this dept. They lost my five year old daughter after her oldest brother told the bus driver his sister was not on the bus the bus driver proceeded to leave anyways. It has been nothing but one thing after another with this transportation dept."
