"Absolutely HORRRRRIBLE service. The sepervisor is no better. My kids were 1 minute late to the bus stop, bus was still there and they literally told me next time to be on time. And to find a ride for them myself for that day. Bus drivers are mean and rude to the kids. Called a few times just to be told "theyll look into it but than never recieve a call back" just plain out horrible. My kids will not ride the bus again or even go to tri county next year."
"Horrible to deal with, very immature and childish when approached over any issue. I was warned against the transportation system here In Tri County when I moved here in 2013 so I avoided it driving my kids to Macnaughten Elementary as we live close by that school anyway. Now that my oldest son is in Sand Lake Elementary unfortunately I’m not able to drive him and still drive my other son. So he is unfortunately riding the bus and it is been the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with right from the very beginning. Just getting him set up on the bus I waited two months with no call back during the summer even though they are supposed to be there all summer long I had to go through the superintendent to even get a call back starting out. His bus driver has a horrible attitude and has him in tears half of the time and when we have tried to have a talk with her about it she has just driven off and given us a horrible attitude instead of dealing with it as an adult. She passes him not even picking him up or dropping him off of the bus multiple times, and when we had no luck dealing with a situation from her the two ladies that you deal with in the transportation apartment also had a horrible attitude and were no help. Not only was she not stopping she was also driving horribly and very unsafely. Again we had to go to the superintendent to get help to deal with the issue just to make sure that our son is safe on his bus. Now we are simply being bullied by the transportation department telling our son who is a special-needs eight-year-old child that he has to walk to an icy corner in the middle of an intersection instead of getting picked up at the house now. While they still stop at two more houses on our street only two houses away from us is the first stop. On the streets all around us, all of the Children are being picked up at their homes except my child that is being singled out now and when we tried to talk to them about it and say that isn’t right our child should only be walking to the corner for pick up if the other children around us are also doing the same they laugh at us and are again absolutely no help so this will be the third time we have to go to the superintendent for help again. Next will be the news station to report this horrible system they have there!"
"Worst bus service i have ever delt with. I am a single mother with two young kids i shattered my right foot can not drive or walk for at least 6 weeks and the bus will not alow for my kids to be dropped off at my home. Ok so lets just send a 5 year old on his own to walk home if it was there children they would make sure there child was brought home safe"
"TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!!!!!! This transportation system has been a complete mess from the START!! First of all, my kids are 5 and 7. I don't feel its safe for my young kids to stand by the street so they stand in the middle of their sitters driveway. With this very simple task; has become a compete joke!! The bus time is supposed to be 7:15..... why does the bus time range from 705-730??? The transportation system knows they are to be in the middle of the drive way; so a quick 10 sec "look" isn't going to do much as they keep driving off!!! I pay my fair amount in taxes for the school in which I should be able to use this transportation system without complete hassle!! It is beyond nerve racking that my sitter along with myself needing to make phone calls to the bus garage on whats going on!! What time is the bus coming? Why didn't the bus stop?! They are the first stop, how hard is it?? Calling the bus garage is a complete waist of time as you get different answers and excuses! I am beyond disappointed in the transportation system!!"
"Only a couple of the drivers have good attitudes. Had mornings where it would have been physically impossible to actually get on the bus because it was already leaving when I open my door(while waiting at the door). I’ve been standing at my stop and had the bus just pass me, and I most recently watched the bus not even stop."
