Zeeland Driver Testing

"Here it is, folks, my one and only 1 star review I've ever left for any business... The trauma my child experienced at the hands of "Jackie" today is inexcusable and I will actually be going thru all of the hoops to report this to the state and to the BBB in the hopes that your child doesn't have to endure the type of berating that mine did today. I won't waste your time detailing all that happened (it is very similar to dozens of other bad reviews that are already on record here). What I will say is that my wife and I are beating ourselves up now because we didn't check these reviews prior to bringing our daughter here. If the same happens to you (you bring your kid here expecting them to be treated with basic human decency and they aren't), please just know you are not alone. Finding that so many other families are dealing with this same problem is truly heartbreaking. There have been a lot of tears today. Please don't let the same happen to your new driver in your home."

"Do not take your road test here. My instructor was Jackie and she was horrible. Definitely should quit this job because she is the worst instructor in Michigan. She is an angry old woman who needs Medication. I’ve heard great things about the other instructor Bob and that he is nice and I feel bad that he has to be married to this old lady. At the end I got my license but only after I was treated horribly. If you don’t want your day to be ruined do NOT test here."

"The woman who guided me into my spot at the very beginning was extremely rude and impatient. No "hi", "hello", asking my name, or if I had a test. She flailed her arms in the air and yelled at me while giving me vague instructions that I clearly didn't understand. She was unwilling to explain in any way that wasnt screaming "NOO!" and repeating herself. This spiked my anxiety up and I was extremely nervous and rattled during my road test. I am still nervous and genuinely curious how she still has this job."

"A great experience. Jackie was very nice and personable. She gave helpful instructions during the road test and useful feedback at the end of my child's road test. Highly recommended. I question the negative feedback that others have left—maybe an issue with the child or the parent (vs. Jackie)."

"Test anywhere but here. Tried to reschedule a 2nd test 22.5 hours prior to the test & they would not allow rescheduling regardless of the reason. The instructor at the 1st test was incredibly rude. It seems as if it is a $$ grab. They fail you...they get more $$ . They know they are in a business that is essential to young drivers.They don't care & it's clear with the total disregard for customer service. Even if you have to schedule further out on the calendar or drive farther away to take your test at a different driving scool, I would strongly encourage you to take your driving test anywhere but here."
