"No longer “freaky fast”. It’s past 8pm, been over an hour. At what point do you give up and find something for your family to eat immediately. 7:30 is a late dinner… after 8pm is abuse. Never had this problem before, but stores like this have high turnover in staff… it’s currently a problem."
"I ordered four sandwiches and none of them were right. The extras I paid for on one weren’t there, the remaining three had onions or tomatoes on them when they were specified not to be, none were cut in half and I received my pickup notification 8 hours later. I stopped going to Jimmy John’s for this reason, decided to try them again and I regret that I did. Horrible store with horrible service. Clearly, they don’t care at all. Bye!"

"Worst Jimmy Johns out there. Ordered two sandwiches over an hour goes by I call and it "In Route". Another 30 minutes go by and it's still "In Route" They are slower then Amazon Delivery. If your looking to eat the same day you order then order from somewhere else"
"Not Freaky Fast for sure. Waited over 45 minutes for a delivery of 7 sandwiches. No special orders or extras. I called after 30 minutes to check on order and was told it was on the way out the door. If finally arrived 20 minutes later after a 1.9 mile drive from the restaurant to the house. The order was missing 1 sandwich so we called back and were assured that as soon as the driver returned he would bring the sandwich back. It was over 30 minutes before he got there and he was downright rude to my son in law when he answered the door. Like it was our fault. My daughter ordered online and left a 20% tip. She said she wishes she could take it back. Next time we will just order from our local Jimmy John's location in Woodhaven, MI and bring them with us. The staff there is friendly and efficient. Much better service in Woodhaven and nicer staff. No more Grosse Pointe Woods, MI Jimmy Johns for this family."
