Carlo's Pizza

"Been going here awhile so it sucks to write this. I called around 8:20 they asked if i wanted to pick up or delivery. so, I said " oh you guys still delivering? okay I'll do that." he said please wait, then proceeded to say they are not. so, I said "okay, I will do pick up then." He said " hello? hello? sir are you there? CLICK." so, I call back 3 more times. no answer So, i happen to be on the road anyway. nearby, so i stop in there and try and place an order and " the oven is shut down." First off, this suck because I was talking up Carlos's pizza with the people I was with and then we got that from them. I have heard bad service there, and I never really experienced it until this time. Just tell people you close an hour early or turn off the open sign."

"Don’t bother ordering brownies because they are now only disgusting mint flavored and it doesn’t say that on the site. Asked for no tomatoes on salad and suddenly instead of sliced tomatoes they used to use it was covered in diced tomato, took over 10 minutes to dig all the pieces out. Order from here about once a month yet every time we call the order is messed up and the excuse is always the same that there’s new employees. Gave us a marina sauce instead of cheese sauce for the pretzel bites which was odd. After 3 chances of being patient I guess we’ll find a different place."

"I have loved eating here for about 6 years. I haven't strayed too much of my usual order, LG round cheese pepponi and light sauce.....because well, it's just perfect to me. Shout out to the Manager, Dan. His high level of customer service is much appreciated. Looking forward to my next pie!"

"Hopefully anyone who ordered a pizza tonight gets an offer for the next order free. Just watched a guy mop the floor, not wash his hands and then continue making food. This was around 5 pm. Also the language used while I was sitting waiting with my child was less than desirable as far as the food, hardly any sauce in the pizza and while I hate complaining about extra cheese, there was a lot of cheese for my liking. I initially ordered from the wrong location, I meant to order from the shook location but now I know not to make that mistake again!"

"Ordered a medium round pepperoni with extra sauce. Have no idea what happened to the dough , must have been frozen because it was flat as a pancake. No extra sauce. My steak mushroom and cheese sub was absolutely awful. The bun was burnt and soak n wet when it arrived. Not to mention waited over and hour and a 1/2 for a delivery a mile and a half down the road Tried to call the store 4x and they would not answer my call. Definitely calling to get a refund , not worth 35$"
