"This is coming from a regular (DoorDash and in-person) who worked in customer service.. the vibe of the employees working yesterday 2/2/24 around 5 PM was super off and unwelcoming, like I wasn't greeted at all by lady at the counter who made eye contact and then walked away. And after a few minutes I got complete attitude from another lady working on a smoothie who decided to acknowledge my presence for saying "sorry, what?" In reply to a soft voice. And, my mother and i's wraps weren't made properly (I ordered extra romaine and somehow the wraps were smaller than usual?) Like I will not be letting that ish slide should there be an issue next time."

"I can’t express how terrible my service was today. I NEED A FULL REFUND ASAP! I ordered two smoothies, one was chunky and tasted off..(thrown in the trash), the other was runny and watery. I also ordered two sante fe quesadillas, (photos shown below). Why are they not cooked? Why are the 4&1/2 pieces of chicken extremely cold? Why is the rice not cooked? Why is the cheese not even slightly melted? Why is there just a drop of sauce on both quesadillas? I need answers. I did not wait 30min for uncooked food and terrible smoothies. I will be calling tomorrow, since they’re closed now."
