"Everytime I go here they mess up my order Big Mac with no onions unexcused then when I take it back they get it wrong again and give me a fish sandwich so I take it back when I finally get my food it's cold I live 3 minutes away"
"Burnt bun, cheese barely on the sandwich, bottom bun from the middle of the of a Big Mac, complete mess. Why is this okay to serve a customer? As an employee would you be okay with someone serving this to you? No attention to detail, no care, no pride in taking care of your customers…"
"Pulled in this morning I was the only one in line there definitely was no rush. I ordered the combo steak bagel and I got a totally burnt bagel no hashbrowns. The only thing they got right was the large Diet Coke, and if they were going to serve that, knowing what they serve, I was not going back through to get something else made."
