"Garbage guys are going to end up causing accidents due to garbage flying out of trucks. I hope you guys have whoever went to saint Ambrose go back down homestead by the benzie high school to pick up all the trash that flew out of the compactor. A month ago my mom almost had an accident because of a piece of cardboard flying out of a truck too. Talk to your workers, fix the compactors, idc just something. This is unacceptable and next time I will be sure to record and send a tip in for littering."

"Worst business ever. Consistently "forgetting " to pick my garbage up. Call them weekly. In the last 2 months have only picked up my garbage 3 times. They need to fire whoever dies this route. Pure laziness. Contacting corporate to see if I can get this taken care of."

"Although the actual curbside pickup service has been above average for the almost a decade now, all other aspects of this business are seriously below average...a clunky web site not optimized for tablets, followup after a missed pick-up and, most importantly, they have the most outrageous pricing policy of any company that I've done business with. After multiple years of double digit price increases...even during periods of low inflation...we just received an annual billing that was 38% higher than last year. No courtesy letter or explanation, just an invoice (that I had to call the company to get by the way) Who does business like that? If I had implemented arbitrary pricing burdens of that magnitude on my customers when I was in business, I would be out of business! Apparently Republic thinks it's business model is similar to that of a utility and they can charge whatever they want. Good luck with that...we will be calling to cancel our service!"

"This is the worst company out there. They are outrageous! If you like flushing money down the toilet they are your company. They raise the bill everytime you get a bill. And I'm not talking a couple dollars either. You call in they fix it just to raise it higher next time. They push and push. I called to cancel today and they were trying to fix it again. I have called multiple times after doing it almost every quarter for the last 3 years I'm done. They charge to get trash services, to get the garbage can. To top it off they charge to pick up their trash bins.They let trash fly out of their trucks. And it's not just on back roads passed them on state roads doing it too. They are unreliable in the winter. They miss houses completely all the time. I don't recommend them they are waste of time and funds!"
