"I went to the site on schoenherr and had a very large order. I was buying breakfast for the staff for breakfast. The young man who took the order was very patient with me because I had advised him that I had a large order. The order took awhile to place, but when I got to the window to pick it up, it was ready and packed well. Nothing was left out of my large order. I will definitely be back in the near future."
"Be careful in the drive through!! They shorted my a ten piece nugget tonight AND their automatically rounding up your change to donate to the Ronald McDonald's house. Didn't ask, just did it. I probably would have, as it was 17 cents, but they didn't ask. 6:30pm on Sunday the 26th. Then, short my order? At your prices? This place is a joke."
"My husband and I came up to grab dinner and we ordered our normal meal. But this time I ordered a hot chocolate with my meal. The hot chocolate wasn’t even a hot chocolate (it was hot milk no flavor of chocolate at all) very disappointed. And when they gave us the food they forgot to give us one of the drinks so I stood up at the counter for a good 5 minutes until a staff member noticed me and the person taking orders is VERY rude"
"I ordered a curbside pickup today and they made a simple mistake of forgetting one item. I called and let them know and they gave it to me. I’m leaving the review because they were very nice over the phone and then picking up in person was a great experience. The employees that took care of me were very professional; The manager especially. The manager working was extremely sweet. I just never get that kind of experience with picking up fast food. I just left from grabbing the item and had to leave a review because I was impressed! Great experience"
