"This is the third time that my family and I tried to go to this Arby's and give it another chance and of course it was all bad once again. First of all I asked for a club wrap and somehow got a buffalo wrap. I like buffalo as well so I was just gonna deal with it but it was old chicken and absolutely disgusting. My cheese sticks were cold as was my husband's sandwich and his curly fries so they had to be microwaved and still tasted badly. All this after we pulled into a deserted restaurant that looked closed at 10pm. Not to mention the 25 minute wait for cold old food. Needless to say there will be no more chances in the future. This is the worst Arby's I've been to. The person taking the order was polite is the only positivity out of this experience."
"When I pulled up the place looked closed at 920 at night. Someone finally asked what we wanted. They said it would be a 3 minute wait on the cheese sticks. We made a $25 order. We literally had to wait nearly a half hour for our food. When we finally got our food it was cold and old.They gave us the wrong food as well. This happened to us last year when I said I'll never come back here. I should have known better. Worst Arby's by far I've ever been to. DONT EAT HERE"
"Normally i don’t have any issues from this Arby’s but i guess this is how they do on New Year’s Eve. They gave my husband the wrong meal and they put old lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. And you can see it’s old. I’m not happy because i got all the way home"
