"I went there today for the first time and there was one guy in front of me. They took his order and then his friend came in. They greeted each other and they took his friend order BEFORE they took mine. The cashier seen me standing behind the first guy and his friend who came in, noticed me too. I guess it is okay to take certain customers BEFORE others. I left. Never ordered anything. Will NEVER be back. That was blatantly rude."
"The drive thru line was horrendous, so I decided to go inside since I only seen one customer in-line for a faster service. (wrong!!!!) somehow I ended up waiting 20 minutes inside without anyone acknowledging me. After a 25 minute my cinnamon raisin/cream cheese bagel had human hair toasted to it and my hash brown was cold. What an awful service Tim Hortons this location deserves 0 stars."
