"The lady who is almost always there completely alone is doing great and made my sub exactly how I wanted however I want to shame management for making one person at a time work day and night completely alone and shame on you people leaving low reviews on the service when she is very clearly tired with no breaks doing it all alone, rated 5 stars only for the employee Stacy, very kind and caring, working very hard with what little she’s given!"
"This particular location is the worst Subway in the area by far. The service is so slow, the produce is never fresh looking or properly stocked, the bread is rock hard. The music that you are stuck listening to for the 15-minute wait for your turn to order is awful. The convenient location is all it has going for it. I usually drive really far away to a clean, fresh shop when I have the time. Dodge Park Road Subway before 16 mile. It needs new management, new employees, and more than 1 person working at a time. I'm sure the poor woman in there was doing her best with what she had to work with."
"It's Subway, so it's going to be like Subway. However, today the sight was actually open. They have trouble finding employees,vso it is got or miss on there hours. It's not a super welcoming place, but that's kind of a regular thing at fast food places lately."
"I can’t even believe what they did. This subway is the worst I have ever been to. I let my kids go into the store by themselves while I was parked in front of it. My kids did not know what was going on and the worker scammed my kids. She made them pay $20 for only two 6 inches when it’s supposed to be $12-14. Even the food was really bad."
"I went to this subway on my way to work but unfortunately it looks so dirty and I wasn’t expecting anything like that look at the glass I was wondering if this is how it looks from outside how does it look from inside I don’t recommend ppl going there"
