"No complaints staff was great, 2 large deep dish pizza done on time, not over cooked. A bit disappointed with the wings there were a couple good pieces but too many little chunks that weren't really wings just breaded pieces if I'm paying for wings at Least give me all good piece"

"I ordered a pizza through the Jetbot phone system. Others who are in my car heard me please the order and that it was confirmed. I received a text message confirming it and I was asked if I wanted to pay with the card or in the store. I chose in the store. Thank God! I got to the store waited the 20 minutes I was supposed to according to the text and went in. When I gave the order number they told me it was $54. I had only ordered a large square cheese and pepperoni pizza. I told them that couldn't be right and told them what I ordered. They looked at my phone number and said we don't have an order for you. You can wait and place one if you want. Absolutely not! I will not go there again. If they're going to use this service and it not be accurate I'm not interested in being there customer. I felt the whole transaction in the store was handled very rudely and I was treated like I was stupid because the order number that I showed the clerk on my phone was not for me and somehow he acted as though that was my fault."
