"Placed an online order and when it was delivered, it was missing half the order. I called there and the lady told me that it wasn't their problem and that I would have to get a hold of the company that delivered it because she saw the person make it. That is by far the dumbest response I've heard. This isn't the first time either that an order has been screwed up from this location."

"Came in on a Saturday night around 9:30 about a month ago and i thought i had left a review, anyways we walked in and the first thing said to us was that they only take online orders when there is like 4 staff members just standing around doing nothing. This was an extreme disappointment and and to be honest I am thankful we didnt eat at this junk location. The place looked horrible there was one table with only 2 seats and the floors were all dirty and greasy. A bunch of kids work here and this place needs new management or something to get it back in order. Anyways we walked out went to Wing SNOB and i realized that it is 100 times better then any wing stop location, especially this one."

"They forgot half of our order. We didn’t realize till we got home. The wings we did receive were not labeled so we did not know what was what. The wings we did get were 2 different flavors put into the same box and the sauces got mixed together. The fries were very soggy and not good. When we went back, I asked for a refund on the forgotten items. I was told because it was an online order that the refund will take a couple days to go through the general manager. When I checked the forgotten lemon pepper, the wings were wet in a puddle of grease. And only the top part of the wings had seasoning. That was our first time there. Very disappointed. I want to like them but the food quality and service was poor. It sounded like they were trying to manage several other complaints when I was there so I am guessing I wasn’t the only one. I won’t be going back. Fast food is too expensive now to tolerate this type of quality."
