"I ordered my food on the app-light sauce/well done. When I checked the order at the counter the pizza was obviously NOT well done. When I asked the young lady working she said if its not done enough for me they could put it back in. The other guy working took it to the back, asked the guys prepping the pizzas and they said no we cant put it back in too cook it more . I understand the reason why but I never left the counter nor did I touch the pizza and only opened the box. Also the crazy bread was very undercooked. I won't be back to this location. I will stick to going to another location even if it means going further away."
"Sad to see this place going downhill. Ordered a well done square pizza with just cheese. I get there 5 minutes after I order and it says it's done. Weird, because a pizza takes longer than 5 minutes. I look and it's a pepperoni pizza. They just took a pep pizza and put it in my slot! After I got home and foun out, I bring it back up. The lady at the front was pretty rude about it like it was my fault their was pepperoni on it. Had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the pizza. Could have at least offered me breadsticks or something for messing up. While waiting I noticed alot of people waiting for stuff and even people walking out because they don't even keep things hot n ready anymore."
"Left on hold for over 7 minutes. Was also hung up on without the courtesy of a time estimate, total, or goodbye. Ordered 3 pizzas, none of them arrived correct. Two were meant to be stuffed crust- none were. All of them were meant to be extra most best, and all were basic hot & ready. Absolute disappointment. It's not that hard. I've worked in the food industry. It's Not That Hard To Get It Right."
