"Wow.. where to start. Small sandwich, mushy texture, with not much flavor. Small milkshake that can only be described as "watery." Prices are far too high for such a disappointment. The best bite was the last bite, because it was over. I cannot recommend. I will not be back."
"CAUTION!!! I was there on January 5th. I was eating my burger and realized something was in it that shouldn’t have been (see picture). It looks like some type of paper or plastic was cooked into the cheese. I tried to contact shake shack for them to tell me what i ate and they have been unable to tell me. Obviously they offered a refund but his is just inexcusable. I would highly caution going here. I have contacted the health department."
"Great presentation, but everything else was pretty unimpressive especially for $11+ for a single patty burger and fries (no combo options). The fries were the best part. The burger was very plain and dry. I was excited to try their sauce, but there was so little I couldn’t taste it. I appreciate that the meat is supposed to be steroid and antibiotic free though."
"The burgers were good, the fries were fresh & crispy, milkshake thick & creamy, service is quick, ordering is easy, bathrooms are clean. Nothing stands out as special but also nothing fell short of five stars in terms of food, service, or facilities."
"Shake Shack is what it is…expensive and average! Burgers, fries and shakes for 4 people cost about $70. We used the drive thru and it moved at an okay speed. We were all hungry and the food met our needs. It definitely was not worth $70, but I would eat it again if there were no other options lol!"
