"Food was pretty good. My steak was a bit well-done when I wanted it medium rare but can't complain much because it was still delicious. What made the experience better was the server we had, I forget her name but the young lady with the bow in her hair was so sweet. She was always checking up on us, got us refills without us asking. Offered recommendations to accommodate for my steak, she very patient with us despite being so busy. Hell, her being our waitress made the hour wait worth it :))"

"Ordered apps. Came 30 minutes later. Meal another 30 minutes later. Never saw server. She disappeared. No refills. Literally sat with empty cups for 30 minutes Ordered mid rare steak came out very VERY well done. Chicken tenders were old and rubbery. Waited another 20 minutes to finally flag down the manager. Explained the issue. He took the food after I asked to take it off the bill and NEVER came back to the table. After 15 minutes of the server walking by ignoring us we just walked out and left since thr bill was comped, hungry and still in disbelief of the situation. Floor was disgusting. Food and garbage under table. The whole restaurant looking for servers. Not one apology from waitress or manager. Terrible."

"We visited this restaurant for lunch. The wait wasn't long. As we were seated, there was a young pleasant server. Ashley greeted us with a pleasant smile; paid close attention to our order, and even made great suggestions. We were pleasantly surprised by Ashley's demeanor and her professionalism despite her age. She is truly a shooting star, and I wish her well."

"Went in on a Saturday night to grab a carryout because the restaurant was packed inside, when I got home my bourbon Street chicken was pretty overcooked/burnt. I called about it and the manager Darnell was very nice. He offered to remake it and even offered me something on the side for my inconvenience, when I came back, he was very nice and apologetic. This is how a manager should be he was so professional and even opened it up to show me how beautifully it was made. Thank you for making it right. I will continue to frequent this Applebee’s."

"My brother and I went this past Friday afternoon and my server Jessica was all around AWESOME, she was very friendly and attentive. Great service. I had the bourbon chicken and shrimp which was delicious my brother had the 6oz sirloin that was cooked to the perfect temperature. I had the chocolate meltdown cake for dessert and it was really really good. Our experience was great but our service from Jessica made it so much better"
