"The service and quality has gone down the drain at the Ryan location in Warren. Waited over 15 minutes to speak with the manager Averyabout a problem with my order, and still didn't speak with her because she didn't care about the costiners."
"I’ve came to this Wendy’s maybe three times and each time the have manage to make me question the food I am eating. They love giving out old stale chicken nuggets hasn’t failed. The manger is rude how are you not going to tell me you don’t have a something for my meal and when I come back to get it fixed she wants to have a nasty attitude like I did something to her all I said was I’m missing the cheddar cheese sauce and she gonna stop me and say they don’t got cheddar cheese today well maam should have definitely informed me on that cause I would have canceled my order now I have to deal with this nasty food"
"I hate being negative on here, but I have not had one good experience at this Wendy's and it's not the food, it's the staff. They are awful. Just downright rude for no reason every single time. Very inconvenient as it is in-between my house and work and I just won't go there anymore until they train their staff to be decent human beings."
"The staff was very polite. I had the chicken wrap but the chicken seem very chewy as if it was out in the air and got hard or microwaved. It wasn't very tasty and the fries were once again semi-warm."
"The staff that worked the night of October 1st who were there at 7:30 has the absolute worse customer service. I went inside to order and for 12 minutes i stood at the counter with no one saying anything. I asked the woman on the drive thru if she could take my order and she mumbled something about the woman who is supposed to be at the register is coming back soon. 8 minutes later she comes back, takes my order and disappears again. I wait 17 minutes for a four piece nugget, small fry, and a cobb salad. I went into the store because the drive thru line was very long(i waited a few minutes in the drive thru lane before deciding to go inside because it was not moving). By the time I came out it was empty. So they waited until the drive thru was empty before serving me."
