"I just have to comment on the quality of the food that I picked up through the drive thru last night. All of the food the I took home was EXCEPTIONAL! I ordered the 4 piece dark chicken with a side of broasted potatoes, a large mushroom and a pint of cole slaw. I have never had better at your establishment before. There was just the right amount of butter on the potatoes, prior visits had them actually floating in about 1/4 inch of butter in the bottom of the container, soaked through into the bag! The chicken was cooked perfectly, as were the mushrooms. The cole slaw was the best. Again, the tastiest that I have ever experienced from your or any other Chicken Shack restaurant! I also want to recognize India who was working the drive thru window, preparing the take outs, and delivery it out to my car. I was told that it would be a 10 minute wait, which was fine, knowing that I was going to get freshly prepared foods."
"I hadn't been in a Chicken Shack forever. I was very happy and surprised at the additions and changes to their menu. For example Crunchy Chicken is a lightly fried/broasted take on regular fried chicken. Delicious. The fries are really good ... Not the untasty kind one gets at other fast food places. The prices are very fair especially nowadays. I will go back for their lunch menu next time. It looks really good."

"First off when I called, I got Krystal on the phone. She was as sweet as apple pie. Just one of the nicest customer service exchanges I've had in a while. I ordered food for my daughter's baby shower. It was delicious!!! They were getting everything put together when I walked in, and they couldn't have been more kind. Go to this Chicken Shack people!!! You won't regret it!"
"The service was great, but I'm giving them 2 stars due to the fact that I ordered an chicken snack bite lunch, and it literally had little to no chicken in it. Highly disappointed."
