"Service is lacking at this location. This is the second Troy location that is an issue. Ordered food and took 15minutes to receive. Waited patiently and did not complain as I was not in a hurry. Yet the staff was swearing and complaining about being short staffed. I had kids with me. Not professional in the least. Corporate needs to wrangle in their stores. Food was typical for a McD's but still not a food level to wait 15mins or longer for. Wish they would do another run of the McRib though!"

"Awful, I was the only customer. It took 15 minutes to get my burned up sausage McMuffin. I also ordered an egg McMuffin meal that was short. A hash brown. Folks in the back were not ready, not focused for work. Honestly it was sad watching a great corporation with such an awful team of employees."
"Thee first location where they actually filled the fries to the top. Double quarter was actually good. Everything looked fresh. The line wasn't bad on a Wednesday at lunch time. Well done Troy location!"
