"I love A&W, this is a embarrassment to the franchise and makes me understand why so many had to close. This was a disgusting experience with cold fries, no salt, a milk shake that looked like the guy behind the counter took a fat drink with how little was in the cup, nasty curds, and undercooked sliders. "Food is absolutely gross. Hamburger patties undercooked, chicken tenders taste rubbery and microwaved. Sadly wayyyy over priced! Even the lemonade tasted odd, my 4 year old didn't want to drink it. The restaurants seating area isn't clean and very outdated, expected a cleaner appearance for it being located in a mall. I hope the kitchen isn't as dirty, in need of a renovation for sure. The food isn't your typical tasty A&W food, poor quality. I will avoid this location and stick to my original A&W location. This location should be shut down."
"Refills are $1.50? What year are we in? 1983? Anyway the food was decent but very expensive. Single burger and fries with a small drink is over $10. Charging for refills was a big turnoff. My dad owed a fast food restaurant for 27 years and would never be that cheap. Won't go back."
