"Smoke turkey definitely has the smoky taste..not dry but smoky flavor. The brisket moist. Two things.only the bark lacks flavor, and i was served the end of the brisket, so I had mostly fat and bark(the bark wasn't good,Chewy bark). Fries aren't crispy but okay. For the price worth it. Cornbread was a little overcooked.. The customer service was amazing. There was a guy in the front he was really good and approachable."

"We love Mission BBQ! From our first visit to try the food, having them cater our wedding, to returning for our anniversary, the food is always delicious. I have tried everything on the menu and it's all amazing! They have my favorite brisket, and the fact that they ask if you want it lean or fatty is the best! Service is top notch, and the fact that they are so supportive of first responders, military, and vetrans is also very cool! Our first visit was to check it out as a possible caterer for our wedding. The manager came out and explained the whole menu, congratulated us on our engagement, and even offered us a free desert. The food was so delicious we did have them cater our wedding. One of the cheapest and best tasting BBQ catering we could find. Their set up fit perfectly at our elegant but rustic barn wedding and everyone is still ranting about the food over a year later. We visit often, and it is now going to be our anniversary tradition to grab some tasty BBQ, it's a plus that it's also what we ate at our wedding!"
