"Just went through the drive thru. This dark haired guy literally acted like he was beyond annoyed to serve me. Didn’t look me in the eye or anything. Made me pull up to the door to wait for my food when there’s no one else here so they can get their time down. Ridiculous… very rude customer service"
"Food seriously sucks here. Came for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Sandwich came cold so I went home and reheated it. I don't know if ive ever been to a fast food place where the workers seemed more unhappy. I hope this place gets new management or gets shut down because they don't deserve to be a franchise owner. Ps who makes the customer add their own cream I mean how lazy can you get"
"This is just the most rude Wendy’s ever. They act annoyed that you’re there from start to finish, basically throw your payment option and food at you thru the window and never say a word after you pass the speaker. The kicker is in the morning, on your way to work with no extra time to return to the store, they often mess up your order. The eggs on sandwiches are always over cooked and feel like trying to chew a ziplock bag. If you ask for extra of something (and are charged for it) they’ll often omit it from your order altogether. I’ve been working next to this place for half a year and keep trying to give them another chance, everyone has off days after all. It seems though that this place is never on and lives in a constant state of off days."
"I used to work at this location and it was a war everyday. I was also told from my General Manager to submit false reviews from customers receipts on my off time. I was told I would be recieving $18 after training but that never happened. I thoroughly enjoyed my team as well as the loyal customers that came back, they gave me confidence to get through the night. There is absolutely no accountability here it's all about how fast you can get customers orders around and put them out the window."
"Terrible service! The guy at the drive through is incredibly rude & dismissive. Doesn't listen to my order, tells me to pull up before I'm even done ordering, then forgets to give my the entire order. They basically throw the bag at you from the window. Definitely won't be going back!"
