"First time at the Lobster Pitstop location in Dearborn. Ordered the Seafood Grilled Cheese and Lobster Bisque for $30. Really expensive for soup and sandwich but okay. After a couple bites of the grilled cheese I realized that something was wrong with the meat. It was disgusting and tasted like fish. A seafood grilled cheese shouldn't taste like spoiled fish. I called to express my concerns, the rep that answered the phone was very professional, apologized, and told me to bring the food back so they could make it right. I agreed but before I could go back I started to feel unwell and wanted to remain close to the restroom. I wouldn't have eaten the food anyway. I didn't even try the soup. A big NOPE, for me."
"Food was horrible gave a pickle that appeared to be eaten off of called them to notify them of it they stated that they use the inside of the pickles to make relish then sale them! Smh that’s nasty ! Food 40.00 over priced for two small pieces of lobster on the burger!smh first and last time ordering from here egg roll dry I’m good on them"
"As long as it took to get our order, our seafood grilled cheese should have been actually GRILLED. That helps it not to be gummy, which is what we ended up with. My husband and I supported the truck all through the pandemic, but THIS was subpar to say the least. We expected better. Not to mention the cost. Too much money spent for this food not to be as great as we had from the truck. Very disappointed."
"If u have some extra money and looking to spend a little extra on treating yourself. Start here. The grilled cheese was actually our favorite. The lobster roll is good too of course. But if u were to only try 1. I'd probably stick with the grilled cheese!!"
