"The quality and taste has changed over the last year. Brisket was waaay to salty. They forgot my side of slaw.. noticed after i got home.. NOT GOING BACK ever again."
"This was my second visit and it will be my last visit. It is difficult to get into the restaurant which is actually inside Grannite restaurant. So it is not a full-service restaurant for famous Dave’s. In my opinion the franchise needs to pull its license from them. The first experience I had to wait a long time but I was able to walk away with food; however at this time, at 4:20 PM, one of the I guess managers walks out and say they don’t have any ribs ready for about an hour. Why would you not have food ready in the evening when people are going to have dinner? Then I was told there was a charge for a $20 combination plate because I wanted to get ribs. Well, it is supposed to be a rib combination for Famous Dave’s! Why would you charge it up charge either is the price that it should be or is not? After spending about 10 minutes waiting for the young lady to find a menu then to go and find a cartridge for 8 to print out a menu I spent 10 minutes a waste of time to get no food . Find some other place to go."
"Got a platter for a work party and it was not good ....not seasoned and dry ...only thing good was the muffins ...should not be called famous Daves..... more like knockoff daves ...would not recommend at all"
"This place DO NOT serve Famous Dave's food. The spareribs and pulled chicken (which wasn't pulled it was cut up pieces of chicken) was baked in the oven, there was no smoked flavor at all. If I could have given them a negative star I would have. The picture a piece of chicken from their pulled chicken sandwich."
"I ordered online and showed up 10 minutes later. My food is cold and the brisket is very fatty this is not what you expect from a $30 meal they should be ashamed of themselves. First and last time coming. They also forgot a side. Probably wouldn't have given a 1 star if it were hot its not even luke warm. Its cold. I am beyond mad. You can tell they must obviously reheat food but forgot mine. Update after reheating in the microwave for 2 minutes the ribs were ok. Brisket was clearly old. If you cook as much as I do trust me you know. This brisket is at least 3 days old. Its dry lost its color looks grey and has a smell to it. Threw it out."
