MOD Pizza

"We love MUD pizza since we embrace them in our first time in Houston. We came to this location looking for the same quality and priceless service and best experience. Unfortunately, our experience today Dec. 29th 2024 was not good to say the less. We arrive 20 minutes before they close and they didn’t want us to eat the pizza on site. We were told to eat the pizza outside or only for pickup. When I asked why the Manager Colby told me that the place was already cleaned and they don’t want to do it again. Also knowing that we were 2 big family travelling around 1 hour just to get the MUD experience. Bad customer service, bad attitude and worse part. They don’t want to do the extra mile for loyal customers. I will try tomorrow in another location as I don’t think this reflect all branches. Keep the hard work and teach them to learn more about customer service and work the extra mile"

"They said we couldn’t eat in because we got there 20 min before closure after we traveled one hour to eat there. I think they didn’t let us eat in because they were being lazy and they’re was no other people inside. The manager also has no experience and doesn’t represent mod pizza in the right way/ his name is Colby"

"Gina runs a great staff. Everyone is always so helpful and kind and just like great. The team actually cares about getting your order right and making it delicious!"

"My first time visiting Mod Pizza and I was pleasantly surprised. I expected a decent pizza but I wasn't aware it was a set price and you can add whatever and as much as you desire. The two people in front of must have had 3 inches of toppings, frankly I don't know how it could possibly cook all the way thru but they certainly got their money's worth. I went with the meat lovers with extra cheese and it was quite good and the perfect amount. I could easily see someone with a smaller appetite having a few slices left over to take home. The service was very quick considering it is made to order. Staff was friendly as well. Unfortunately I had to knock off a star as the establishment wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. Nearly every table needed to be wiped down and the trash cans were at capacity. Granted they may have been short staffed that day and that could have been out of the ordinary so I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and would definitely return."

"The store was clean, the staff was friendly and the pizza was delicious. I'm not a big fan of pizza, and I don't like regular pizza sauce at all. They have several options outside of the "normal" sauce which is great. Also you get to add as many toppings as you want! Want a little bit of everything? Go for it. Want just ham and bacon? That's cool too. It's totally your way. My only complaint is they don't have green olives. They do also have cheesy bread and salads if you really don't want a pizza and the salads work the same as a pizza, add whatever greens and toppings you want."
