"My mom is a regular here and I just wanted to comment that today, the tables were not full after 1pm. There was no reason for the food to have taken so long to cook or bring out to the table. We were there almost 3 hours. 8 dim sum dishes and one pan fried noodle dish. Customer service was lacking most of the time. My mom had to call on a waitress everytime to get something or check on our order. There were a few items we initially wanted too, but never came, so we canceled them. I'm not sure what was happening today, but everything seemed a bit off. We had places to go after lunch and pushed back the schedule to meet up with friends, since we were still at the restaurant without the rest of our order. Hope next time is better. Food quality and taste are great. I definitely recommend and would go back. However, I hope they take note on the service being slow and not attentive."
