"I have visited this location many times from the first time to this one it has never been properly staffed. I have given the benefit of the doubt because of post Covid lack of employees climate. However when running a food establishment some things can not be compromised. This place is downright dirty the floors are never mopped, the tables are not clean, the bathrooms are deplorable which was my last straw. At 1:00 pm all toilets were covered with dried up urine and the back of the toilet has dirt and hair which had to be from days of not being cleaned. I am a professional cleaner so I know. My food is always brought to the table cold. I can not return. The health inspector needs to be contacted."
"We visited to try the new items for the Wonka movie. The strawberry hot chocolate was amazing, and they had several new menu items that were great too!"
"Last visit wasn't so great, but I see things have changed. But this time everything was great. The service, the food, the taste and temperature of the food. Our server Ashley was attentive, knowledgeable of the menu, and friendly. She did a great job. My son and I were full and satisfied, our plates were empty, and we went home smiling. It was a delightful visit."
