"Listened to every detail on each sandwich and had a clean inside of business as well. Friendly staff and quick in and out parking as well! EDIT 2/21/24 I order from this particular place a lot because it is close and the family loves Jimmy John's. However the past 4 to 6 months of ordering have not been good at all. The order is made on time and ready for me to be picked up but it's never made the way it is asked. Little things like including napkins or cutting it in half, or leaving the bread in on the slims and them still taking it out, or asking for Mayo packets and not ever receiving them. Food is still good but the attention to detail has went down a lot lately."
"Al ways check your food before you leave. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks where I asked for mayo, hot peppers and for the sandwich to be cut in half. This is the 2nd time they didn't add mayo, hot peppers, or cut the sandwich in half. Incompetent workers"
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS JIMMY JOHN'S!!!! They charge a $4.90 delivery fee. That is not a tip. The driver gets none of it. It's just a junk fee charged by the franchisee. Don't get ripped off by a greedy franchisee whose business strategy is fleecing their customers and screwing their employees."
"Ordered the Beach Club. Hardly any lettuce, and it's old. A few small gross tomatoes. The pickles were full of liquid that leaked in the car and all over our sandwiches."
"Ordered here online several times over the last month and here’s my take. If you ask for extra of any of the freebies, they won’t do it. If you modify the sandwich in any way (either adding something to it that doesn’t normally come on it or selecting for it to have none of a particular ingredient), they’ll do it right about 1/3 of the time. About half the time they’ll do some of the modifications and miss others. I’ve already stated that if you ask for extra of a freebie it won’t happen. Still giving 3 stars because your sandwich will most likely taste good, it just won’t be the one you ordered."
