"If I could give this location zero stars I would. Every time I come to this location the same young lady in drive thru never comes to the speaker. Me along with 4 other cars sat in the drive thru until I called and asked were they open today. The guy stated they were and I told him we have been sitting in drive thru for over 5 minutes. No apologies nothing. This happened 2/23/2024 at about 6:38am. Definitely will be calling corporate about this location this is not the first time this happened."
"I'm very disappointed with being mislead. I chose your Big Breakfast with steak, and when handed my dine in order in a to-go back, there was a piece of sausage. When I asked the server, she confirmed that I was mislead and said it's sausage. I double checked your kiosk and there are 2 different Big Breakfasts....steak or sausage. The one I chose had an upcharge."
"I just wanted an order of fries. After waiting way longer than it should have taken, the only employee apparently giving food out decided to ensure their ride, who was the customer behind me, had their food, then clocked out. I had to wait until someone came out from the back to get my fries that had been sitting in the warmer since right after I ordered. I've had issues with the slow service at the drive-through, but after this experience, I will not be going back to this McDonald's."
"Thank you management for forcing me to go back around drive thru and place another order for what your order taking employee forgot to include. I am so sorry for not confirming my order before paying and receiving. You should be commended for following company policy and I sure hope that employee is making at least $15/hr. I understand how I was in the wrong thinking this could be resolved at the pick up window."
