"Who doesn’t love Panera bread? The Greek salad is great, as is nearly everything on the menu. Prices are a bit high, especially for beverages. I wish the value combos selections were a little more diverse or flexible and it’s unfortunate that my favorite location is making the unlimited beverages harder to simply self serve, but I’m sure there was a good reason."
"I hate to say it, but they're just incompetent. Whether you order online for delivery/pick-up, or in person to eat there/to-go -- it's wrong. We went to order in-person today as a last ditch effort so we could check the food before leaving. However, something essential in the meal is missing every time. Today I ordered the stacked Chix Green Goddess stacked baguette and then received bread with some just sad leaves and tomato on it. Whem ordering, they couldn't tell me the difference between the stacked vs. regular toasted baguette sandwich and said they only had a sandwich or a salad. I get it, this is a new item, but I just can't trust panera to not just get my order right, but actually include all the ingredients listed on their menu."
"Service lately is not good. Ordered tuna with no onion; came with extra onion and tuna was on the paper not the bread, paid extra for cheese, no cheese. Order was also 15 min late while I waited, they used to be good at this location, quality and service dropping off in a big way lately."
"Today was an unusually stressful day and the young woman at the drive through completely turned my attitude around with her kindness. The food was excellent but I am exceptionally grateful for the positive vibes and wonderful service."
