Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Went on Thursday 3:20. Not sure who took my order but he needs to either be retrained or just put the bare minimum effort. He kept assuming what I wanted and I had to correct him multiple times. How he carried himself it felt like he really just didn’t care or want to help me as the conversation he was in took precedence over helping me when I first entered i did have to wait a couple minutes before he decided to help."

"Waiting for the staff to make our order and they were just standing around talking. I waited for them to finished their conversation and I found that to be ridiculous. They did not replace items that were low/empty. INSTEAD of chatting maybe these are task to have done. There was a lady who was suppose to be our cashier (I have no idea what she was doing) I had to wait until she was done bending over (butt in the air at the counter) before I could pay??? Very inappropriate, improper, disrespectful, disgusting, just odd… where do you hire these people? There’s no basic human manners, no respect, no home training. It was terrible. She was bent over for a long time(no hello, hold on, sorry) it was very awkward…It’s a very odd atmosphere. The other people are just standing around. I promise I won’t come back to this location."

"Worst’s customer service ever.First thing they couldn’t find my order it took so long. when I got home ready to eat it was missing quesadilla. As you can see in the picture I ordered 3 items and only received two . Also Kids quesadilla was disgusting."

"Food was below par for a Chipotle. All containers were empty. We got the bottom scraps, no Barbacoa beef. No guacamole. Staff extremely rude and the worst part is how dirty the place is, nasty. Not sure how this location passes health inspections. Made me lose my appetite. Staff super rude and ignorant. Never coming back."

"You know it’s a bad place when the cashier says “we don’t have receipt paper, our manager won’t put any in due to the complaints” so I’m circumventing the process by coming to google. Stay away, no value for the money! Half scoops of meat, smallest burritos I have ever seen and they made mine so runny it turned into soup. Out of veggies at 12pm, oops my bad they hadn’t cooked any yet! Normally order guacamole but this one was so brown I couldn’t get myself to do it. Staff super friendly, just trained wrong. Very truthful too lol as if they don’t like they’re manager. Threw them under the bus! Floors were dirty, but there was an employee in the lobby cleaning, I’m sure he will get to it. One Latino guy working his butt off, kudos to him tattoo behind his ear for reference."
